To be eligible for a Drain Cleaner Registration an applicant must:

1. (1) hold a current Plumber's Apprentice Registration;
2. (2) have completed at least 4,000 hours working at the trade as a Drain Cleaner-Restricted Registrant under the supervision of a RMP, as verified by employers; and
3. (3) complete an approved training program.
