The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Application--the information submitted by an individual seeking Board approval to:

   1. (A) obtain a license, registration, or endorsement; or
   2. (B) take a licensing or endorsement examination administered by the Board.
2. (2) Directly Related to Plumbing--directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the occupation of registered and licensed individuals performing plumbing work and plumbing inspections.
