22 Tex. Admin. Code § 341.7
The executive council will mail each licensee a renewal application at least 30 days before the expiration date of the license. The application will be mailed to the residential address of each new licensee and to the address indicated as preferred by the licensee on the most recent renewal application unless written notification of change of address has been provided to the executive council. Each licensee is responsible for submitting the required renewal fee to the executive council within their renewal month whether or not a renewal application is received by the licensee. A licensee not receiving a renewal application by mail by the first of the renewal month should contact the executive council immediately.
