The Applications Review Committee is established to review the educational credentials of an applicant. If it is determined that a board-approved credentialing evaluator failed to adhere to the guidelines established by §329.5(h) of this title (relating to Licensing Procedures for Foreign-Trained Applicants), the Applications Review Committee may override the evaluation.
