(a) Any nurse who violates these rules shall be subject to removal of the authority to prescribe under this rule and disciplinary action by the board under Texas Civil Statutes, Article 4525.
(b) The practice of the APN approved by the board to carry out or sign prescription drug orders is subject to monitoring by the board on a periodic basis.
