- (a) The purpose of this rule is to give force and effect to statutory actions by other state agencies regarding licensing of individuals who are in default of their obligations under state law.
- (b) Any licensed funeral director or embalmer shall be subject to license suspension, revocation, or denial of license renewal upon a verified showing by any state agency with statutory authority that such licensee is delinquent or in default of an obligation to, a guarantee by, or an interest protected by the state.
- (c) Any licensee subject to action under this section shall be afforded an opportunity for a hearing under this act in the same manner as other licensees subject to commission action unless such hearing has been provided under other applicable laws.
