To prevent the unfair or deceptive acts or practices specified in §§203.7-203.10 of this title (relating to Price disclosures, misrepresentations, required purchase of funeral goods or services, and services provided without prior approval), funeral providers must make all disclosures required by those sections in a clear and conspicuous manner. Providers shall not include in the casket, outer burial container, and general price lists, required by §203.7(b)(2)-(4) of this title (relating to Casket price list, outer burial container price list, and general price list), any statement or information that alters or contradicts the information required by this Part to be included in those lists.
