- (a) In a contested case, all motions for consideration must be filed with the hearings officer or administrative law judge, or, if there is none, the executive director, no less than five days prior to the date on which the matter is scheduled to be heard.
- (b) Exceptions to a hearings officer's or administrative law judge's proposal for decision, if any, must be filed with the hearings officer or administrative law judge no later than 20 days after the date the proposal for decision is issued. Replies to exceptions, if any, must be filed within 10 days of the date the exceptions are filed.
