An Interior Designer shall answer an inquiry concerning any matter under the jurisdiction of the Board within thirty (30) days after the date the Interior Designer receives notice of the inquiry. An Interior Designer's failure to respond within thirty (30) days to an inquiry concerning any matter under the jurisdiction of the Board shall constitute a separate violation subject to disciplinary action by the Board.
