1. (a) Unless specifically indicated in the Rules and Regulations of the Board, this subchapter governs the procedure followed by the Board in a Contested Case against an Interior Designer, in the informal disposition of a Contested Case against an Interior Designer, or in an informal conference with an Interior Designer. Unless specifically indicated, the Interior Designers' Registration Law, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the State Office of Administrative Hearings, as appropriate, also govern the procedure followed by the Board in a Contested Case against an Interior Designer.
2. (b) The Interior Designers' Registration Law and Sections 5.172, 5.173, 5.174, 5.177, 5.182, and 5.183 of this subchapter govern disciplinary action against a person who is not an Interior Designer. If the person is an Applicant, Section 5.160 of Subchapter H also governs disciplinary action against him/her.
