If in the course of a disciplinary proceeding, it is found by the Board that addiction or habituation to alcohol or a controlled substance, as provided by Texas Civil Statutes, Article 4476-15, §1.02(4) (Controlled Substance Act), contributed to a violation of the Act or rules of this Board, then the Board may condition its disposition of the disciplinary matter on the interior designer's completion of a rehabilitation program approved by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse at a facility also approved by the Commission.
