- (a) Properly submitted applications for registration by written examination, approved or in the process of approval, will be effective for three years only. Thereafter, the Board may require the applicant to update the application or reapply.
- (b) Should the Board require additional information of an applicant in support of the application, such must be submitted promptly. Files not completed as required will be withdrawn after one year and the applicant may be required to reapply.
- (c) An applicant for registration without examination pursuant to §5.31 shall pay an annual record maintenance fee. If the applicant fails to pay the annual record maintenance fee, the application file shall be closed. After the application file has been closed, the applicant may become registered only by applying for registration by examination.
