The rules and regulations of the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners are set forth for the purpose of interpreting and implementing Texas Civil Statutes, Article 249e, the Regulation of the Practice of Interior Design in Texas; establishing the board and conferring upon it responsibility for registration of interior designers and the regulation of the practice of interior design.
