A Landscape Architect shall answer an inquiry concerning any matter under the jurisdiction of the Board within thirty (30) days after the date the Landscape Architect receives notice of the inquiry. A Landscape Architect's failure to respond within thirty (30) days to an inquiry concerning any matter under the jurisdiction of the Board shall constitute a separate violation subject to disciplinary action by the Board.
