- (a) The Board may cause to be published in the Board's official newsletter, in a newspaper, or in another publication the name of any person who is the subject of disciplinary action, other than an informal reprimand, by the Board. The publication may include a narrative summary of the facts giving rise to disciplinary action.
- (b) The Board shall not cause an informal reprimand to be published in the Board's official newsletter, in a newspaper, or in another publication. The Board also shall not transmit notice of an informal reprimand to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) unless CLARB specifically requests information regarding the informal reprimand.
- (c) In addition to other types of disciplinary action that may be publicized pursuant to this section, the Board may publicize the revocation or cancellation of a certificate of registration after its surrender in lieu of potential disciplinary action.
