Each landscape architect, upon registration and before issuance of his or her certificate of registration, must obtain a seal of the design authorized by the board. The seal shall be placed on all professional documents, including contracts, maps, plans, designs, drawings, specifications, estimates, and reports, issued by a registrant for use in this state.
