Application forms and instructions will be furnished by the Council of Landscape Architecture Registration Boards (CLARB), 12700 Fair Lakes Circle, Suite 110, Fairfax, VA 22033. The applicant must request CLARB to transmit completed applications with all required supporting documentation to the Board office.
