The architect shall not prepare, complete, revise, alter, sign, or seal any designs, plans, specifications, reports, analyses, or orders, or in any manner participate in any architectural practice, judgment, or decisions which, when measured by generally accepted architectural standards or procedures, is reasonably likely to result in any structure, building, work, or project endangering the property, lives, safety, health, or welfare of the general public.
