- (a) An Architect must use a seal that will produce a permanent facsimile of the seal, such as a rubber stamp, a decal, or a computer generated image, on any Construction Document that is intended for duplication or dissemination. An Architect may not use an impression or embossing seal.
- (b) The design of the seal shall be an exact replica of the seal shown in this subsection and shall bear the words "Registered Architect," "State of Texas," the name of the Architect, and the Architect's registration number.
