22 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.45 – Conditions

(a) Examinations will be conducted under conditions warranting honest and best results.
(b) If, for any reason, the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners (TBAE) is unable to provide the candidate with the results of the examination, TBAE shall have no liability beyond authorizing the applicant to retake the examination with the examination fee waived.
