1. (a) Properly submitted applications for registration by examination, in the process of approval, will be effective for three years only. Thereafter, the Board may require the applicant to update the application or reapply.
2. (b) Candidates approved for examination will be required to pay an annual record maintenance fee each December or the file will be closed. After three years the closed file will be destroyed and any credit for divisions previously passed will be forfeited. Candidates will be allowed to reopen files during the three year period only upon payment of the record maintenance fees for the current year and each year the file has been closed.
