1. (a) Successful completion of an assessment that is based upon characteristics of effective educational leaders.
2. (b) Hold, at a minimum, a provisional Principal Certificate, issued under Chapter 241 of this title (relating to Principal Certificate).
3. (c) Hold, at a minimum, a Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
4. (d) As determined by the preparation program, an acceptable combination of scores from a nationally-normed assessment and grade point average.
5. (e) Successfully resolve any criminal history, as defined by §249.23 of this title (relating to Representation of Parties).
