1. (a) Administrators.

   1. (1) An assignment for Superintendent is allowed with one of the following certificates.

      1. (A) Administrator.
      2. (B) Superintendent.

   2. (2) An assignment for Principal is allowed with one of the following certificates.

      1. (A) Administrator.
      2. (B) Mid-Management Administrator.
      3. (C) Principal.
      4. (D) Principal as Instructional Leader.
      5. (E) Superintendent.

   3. (3) An assignment for Assistant Principal is allowed with one of the following certificates.

      1. (A) Administrator.
      2. (B) Assistant Principal.
      3. (C) Mid-Management Administrator.
      4. (D) Principal.
      5. (E) Principal as Instructional Leader.
      6. (F) Superintendent.
2. (b) Athletic Director. An assignment for Athletic Director is allowed with a valid Texas classroom teacher certificate.
3. (c) Educational Diagnostician. An assignment for Educational Diagnostician is allowed with an Educational Diagnostician, Early Childhood-Grade 12 certificate.
4. (d) Reading Specialist. An assignment for Reading Specialist is allowed with a Reading Specialist, Early Childhood-Grade 12 certificate.

5. (e) Librarian. An assignment for Librarian is allowed with one of the following certificates.

   1. (1) Learning Resources Endorsement.
   2. (2) Learning Resources Specialist.
   3. (3) Librarian.
   4. (4) School Librarian (Early Childhood-Grade 12).

6. (f) School Counselor. An assignment for School Counselor is allowed with one of the following certificates.

   1. (1) Counselor.
   2. (2) School Counselor (Early Childhood-Grade 12).
   3. (3) Special Education Counselor.
   4. (4) Vocational Counselor.
