Proposals for less-than-baccalaureate programs will be evaluated using the same procedures employed for evaluating other program proposals from senior institutions, except that when the proposed program is of a vocational-technical-occupational nature, a joint committee of the Texas Education Agency staff and Coordinating Board staff will confer prior to formal action of the Coordinating Board.
