The request shall include information on projected enrollment as follows:

1. (1) Project the enrollment for the proposed program for the next five years. Explain the basis for this projection. Include majors and minors in separate columns.
2. (2) Describe the likely source of students who will enroll in this program. Will they come from existing programs or will they be attracted to the institution to enroll in the proposed program?
