1. (a) An institution of higher education shall ensure that each certificate and degree program at the institution has an associated program plan.

2. (b) Each certificate and degree program plan shall:

   1. (1) be current, accessible, and consistent each catalog year for students enrolled at the institution and members of the public through the following sources, as applicable:

      1. (A) the institution's internal Internet website for students;
      2. (B) the institution's Internet website; and
      3. (C) the Internet website of the department at the institution that offers the certificate or degree program; and
   2. (2) state the prerequisites for each course required as part of the certificate or degree program;
   3. (3) list any non-course requirements for the certificate or degree program; and
   4. (4) provide the requirements for any track in the certificate or degree program.
