This subchapter provides rules and regulations for public two-year associate degree-granting institutions and public universities to engage in dual credit partnerships with secondary schools. (See Chapter 9, Subchapter H of this title (relating to Partnerships Between Secondary Schools and Public Two-Year Associate Degree-Granting Institutions) for high school credit only partnerships, Tech-Prep partnerships, and remedial or developmental instruction for high school graduation partnerships.)
