1. (a) Repayment assistance for each service period will be determined by applying the following applicable percentage to the lesser of the maximum total amount of assistance allowed for the provider's practice specialty, as established by §23.101 of this subchapter (relating to Limitations), or the total student loan debt owed at the time the provider established eligibility for the program:

   1. (1) for the first service period, 33.33 percent;
   2. (2) for the second service period, 33.33 percent; and
   3. (3) for the third service period, 33.34 percent.
2. (b) An eligible provider may receive prorated loan repayment assistance based on the percentage of full-time service provided for each service period, for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week.
3. (c) Failure to meet the program requirements will result in non-payment for the applicable service period(s) and, except under circumstances determined by the Coordinating Board to constitute good cause, removal from the program.
