To receive an exemption under this program, a child must:

1. (1) be a resident of Texas;
2. (2) be the child of a clinical preceptor who is serving under a written preceptor agreement with an undergraduate professional nursing program as a clinical preceptor for students enrolled in the program for the semester or other academic term for which the exemption is sought; and
3. (3) be enrolled as an undergraduate student.
