To continue to receive an annual conditional Texas Armed Services Program Scholarship, the student must:

1. (1) Maintain satisfactory academic progress as determined by the institution of higher education in which the student is enrolled; Effective September 1, 2018, the student must maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by the Board:

   1. (A) complete at least 24 semester credit hours in his or her most recent academic year; and
   2. (B) maintain an overall grade point average of at least 2.5 on a four point scale or its equivalent, for all coursework attempted at an institution or private or independent institution.
2. (2) Continue to be a member of a Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program or another undergraduate officer commissioning program; and
3. (3) Not have earned a baccalaureate degree or a cumulative total of 150 credit hours, including transferred hours, as verified by the recipients' institution of higher education.
