19 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.527
A public junior college shall retain records related to financial and educational data and information reported to the Coordinating Board under chapter 13 of this title (relating to Financial Planning) for a period of not less than seven years after the date of the close-out payment, as set out in subchapter U of this chapter (relating to Community College Finance Program: Forecasting Methodology and Finance Policy), made for the fiscal year that is two years after the year for which the data was reported, in accordance with Texas Education Code, §130A.009(e).
