19 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.101
Texas Education Code, §54.014, provides that each institution may charge a higher rate of tuition to students with repeated or excess hours. Texas Education Code, §61.0595, limits formula funding for excess hours. The General Appropriations Act, SB 1, Article III, §13, 87th Legislature, Regular Session, limits formula funding for a course for which a student would generate formula funding for the third time. Texas Education Code, §61.059(b), grants the Coordinating Board the authority to devise, establish, and periodically review and revise formula recommendations for institutions of higher education. Texas Education Code, §51.340 limits the number of remedial or developmental education semester credit hours for which formula funding may be received.
