The provisions of this subchapter are adopted for the purpose of approval of the specific terms and provisions of tuition revenue bonds and the pledge to the payment thereof, and the coordination and standardization of the issuance of such bonds as provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.001 et seq. and §§55.11-55.24.
