1. (a) Unless otherwise specified in the RFA, an eligible entity may not submit more than one application.
2. (b) Each Applicant shall limit participation to students with a documented interest in a primary care or pediatric subspecialty career.

3. (c) To qualify for funding consideration, an eligible applicant must submit an application to the Board. The application shall:

   1. (1) be submitted electronically in a format specified in the RFA;
   2. (2) adhere to the grant program requirements contained in the RFA and these rules; and
   3. (3) be submitted with proper authorization on or before the day and time specified by the RFA.
