19 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.83 – Donations by a Private Donor to a Private Organization That Exists To Further the Purposes and Duties of the Board

(a) A private donor may make donations to a private organization that exists to further the purposes and to assist in accomplishing the duties of the Board.
(b) The private organization shall administer and use the donation in accordance with the provisions in the memorandum of understanding between the private organization and the Board, as described in §1.85(c) of this title (relating to Relationship between a Private Organization and the Board).
