All pleadings, briefs, and exhibits shall be legibly handwritten, typewritten, or printed on paper 8 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches long. Electronic transmission of pleadings in proper form containing a facsimile of the signature of the attorney or party filing the pleading is permissible.
