1. (a) The Coordinating Board shall provide training for members of institutional governing boards in accordance with provisions set forth in Texas Education Code, §61.084.
2. (b) The Board may prescribe an alternative training program for members of governing boards as permitted in §61.084.
3. (c) A registration fee will be paid by seminar participants in an amount adequate to cover the costs incurred by the Coordinating Board and other state agencies in providing the program. Such amount will be determined prior to each seminar.
