In accordance with the Government Code, §2161.003, the Board adopts by reference the rules of the Comptroller, found at Title 34 Texas Administrative Code, §§2.281 - 2.298, concerning the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program. For purposes of implementing the Comptroller's rules at the board, references to state agency or agency shall be considered to be a reference to the board.
