The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) Act--Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1151.
2. (2) Registered Texas Collector ("RTC")--Certified Class III Collector.
3. (3) Registered Professional Appraiser ("RPA")--Certified Class IV Appraiser.
4. (4) Registered Texas Assessor/Collector ("RTA")--Certified Class IV Assessor/Collector.
5. (5) USPAP--Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
