1. (a) Any individual or entity seeking to offer, provide, or operate an Offender Education Program must have a current Offender Education Program certification of approval (certification) for the applicable program issued by the department.
2. (b) The individual or entity holding a current Offender Education Program certification of approval (certification) from the department is a certified Offender Education Provider for the applicable program.
3. (c) A certified Offender Education Program must be taught exclusively by Instructors certified to instruct the particular type of Offender Education Program.
4. (d) A certified Offender Education Program must be conducted in accordance with, and as described in, the applicable Instructor manual authorized and approved by the department under §90.40.
5. (e) A certified Offender Education Program must utilize only the curriculum approved for the particular type of Offender Education Program.
6. (f) An approved Offender Education Program/Provider must comply with all requirements of this chapter.
