   1. (1) Permit Used Automotive Parts Facility Business.

      1. (A) Original Application--$75
      2. (B) Renewal--$120 for permits expiring before February 1, 2014; $75 for permits expiring on or after February 1, 2014

   2. (2) Used Automotive Parts Recycling Employee License.

      1. (A) Original Application--$25
      2. (B) Renewal--$30 for licenses expiring before February 1, 2014; $25 for licenses expiring on or after February 1, 2014
2. (b) Risk-based inspections--$150
3. (c) Revised/Duplicate License/Certificate/Permit/Registration--$25
4. (d) Late renewal fees for licenses issued under this chapter are provided under §60.83 of this title (relating to Late Renewal Fees).
5. (e) All fees are non-refundable except as provided for by commission rules or statute.
