Licensing Requirements--Towing Operator License

(a) A person shall not perform towing operations without a towing operator license issued by the department.
(b) Each type of towing operator license is:
1. (1) valid for one year from the date of issuance;
2. (2) valid throughout this state; and
3. (3) nontransferable.
