1. (a) Nonconsent towed vehicle towed from private property. A VSF accepting a nonconsent towed vehicle towed from private property must report that tow to the local law enforcement agency for the area from which the vehicle was towed.

2. (b) The report to law enforcement must be made within two hours of receiving the vehicle. It must include:

   1. (1) the vehicle's license plate number and issuing state;
   2. (2) vehicle identification number; and
   3. (3) location from which the vehicle was towed.
3. (c) VSF records shall indicate specifically to whom the report required by subsection (b) was reported and in what manner, as well as the time and date of the report, or the unique control or tracking number assigned to the report by local law enforcement documenting the report.
