2. (b) Renewal fees.

   2. (2) Specialty License--Esthetician, Manicurist, Esthetician/Manicurist, Eyelash Extension--$53 for licenses expiring before February 1, 2014; $50 for licenses expiring on or after February 1, 2014.
   3. (3) Specialty Certificate--Hair Weaving, Hair Braiding, Wig, Shampoo/Conditioning--$53 for certificates expiring before February 1, 2014; $50 for certificates expiring on or after February 1, 2014.
   4. (4) Instructor License--$70 for licenses expiring before February 1, 2014; $60 for licenses expiring on or after February 1, 2014.
   5. (5) Instructor Specialty License--Esthetician, Manicurist, Esthetician/Manicure, Eyelash Extension--$70 for licenses expiring before February 1, 2014; $60 for licenses expiring on or after February 1, 2014.
   6. (6) Beauty and specialty salons--$69
   7. (7) Booth Rental (Independent Contractor) License--$67 for licenses expiring before February 1. 2014; No fee for licenses expiring on or after February 1, 2014.
   8. (8) Beauty Culture School--$200
   9. (9) Dual Shop--$100

3. (c) Reciprocity or Endorsement Fee--$50

4. (d) Inactive License Status

   1. (1) Change from active status to inactive status--no charge.
   2. (2) Renewal of license on inactive status--renewal fees as stated in §83.80(b).
   3. (3) Change from inactive status to active status--$25.
5. (e) Revised/Duplicate License/Certificate/Permit/Registration--$25
6. (f) Law and Rules book--$14

7. (g) Inspection Fees (for each occurrence)

10. (j) Late renewals fees for licenses under this chapter are provided under §60.83 of this title (relating to Late Renewal Fees).
11. (k) All fees are nonrefundable, except as otherwise provided by law or commission rule.
12. (l) Law and rule book fee is included in the application and renewal fees for student, individual and establishment licenses, certificates, and permits.
