1. (a) No person may operate as a provider of service contracts, or offer to be a provider of service contracts in this state without first registering with the department unless the service contracts offered by such person are specifically exempt from the application of Article 9034.
2. (b) Both initial and renewal applications for registration must provide the Department with all information required.
3. (c) Both initial or renewal applications must be accompanied by the required fee(s).
4. (d) Falsification of information on an application is cause for denial and/or revocation of the registration.
