   4. (4) Late renewal fees for licenses issued under this chapter are provided in §60.83 of this title.
3. (c) Lost, revised, or duplicate license--$25
4. (d) Variance request fee--$100

5. (e) Inactive License Status

   1. (1) The fee for an inactive license--No charge.
   2. (2) The fee to renew a license marked "inactive" is the renewal fee as stated in subsection (b).
   3. (3) The fee to change from an inactive license to an active license is $25.
