Licensing Requirements--Reissuance

(a) A license that has expired for a period of less than six months may be reissued upon meeting the conditions of a license renewal.
(b) A license that has expired for a period of more than six months may not be reissued. The former license holder may obtain a new license in the same manner as a new applicant, including taking the applicable exam and payment of all required fees.
