1. (a) A passing grade is 70%.
2. (b) The examinations will be administered to applicants in a format determined by the Department.

3. (c) Subject to the following provisions, an applicant may request an accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or language translation.

   1. (1) The request must be in writing on a form approved by the Department.
   2. (2) Proof of disability may be required.
   3. (3) Language translation costs shall be paid by the applicant.
4. (d) An applicant who does not show up for a scheduled examination will forfeit the examination fee.
5. (e) Cheating on an examination is grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a license and/or an administrative penalty.
6. (f) An applicant who has passed an examination for a particular class and endorsement and has been licensed or is eligible for licensure in that class and endorsement, may not retake that examination.
