1. (a) For new installations, the inspector must provide a copy of the inspection report to the owner not later than the 5th calendar day after completing the inspection.
2. (b) For alterations, the inspector must provide a copy of the inspection report to the department and the owner not later than the 5th calendar day after completing the inspection.
3. (c) Inspectors, by e-mail, fax, or letter, must report to the department, within 72 hours of discovery, all equipment they encounter that does not have a decal number.
4. (d) The inspector must clearly note on the inspection report any equipment found with a reportable condition, and shall report it immediately by submitting a copy of the report to the owner and by e-mail, fax, or letter to the department within 24 hours.
5. (e) Inspectors, using the Online Inspection Reporting System, for each piece of equipment inspected, must report to the department within 72 hours of completing an acceptance inspection or annual inspection.
