The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Application--A fully completed application form, all information required by the application form, finger prints as required and all required fees.
2. (2) Person--Means any individual, partnership, corporation, or any other business entity.
3. (3) The Code--The Texas Labor Code, Chapter 91.
